There is power in knowing your purpose.
Now listen, you don’t have to go on a trek up a mountain in order to figure out your purpose.
Sometimes the clues are all around you in the little things that are happening. Observe.
Maybe you approach your job differently. You approach it with more kindness; you approach it with more resourcefulness; you create better outcomes for people so that your customers have a better life as a result of your influence and impact.
Maybe your gift is that you bring harmony to the world. Maybe your gift is that you bring innovative ideas. Maybe your gift is execution, as you bring your special gift of being able to bring things to closure correctly—an important gift, indeed.
I don’t know what your gift is—you probably have a better clue about what it is.
But it is worth the time invested to get clear about what your special gifts are so you can focus more on those gifts.
Your purpose is very much aligned with your gifts. When you understand your gifts, and you put energy into those and get even better at using those gifts, it aligns you better with a powerful purpose.
You’ll be really clear why you exist on planet earth and what it is that you’re here to create.
