What really amazing thing is going to happen to you today?

Years ago, I read a story about a woman anthropologist who would jump out of bed every morning and intentionally have both feet land at the same time. She would land them hard and yell out: “I wonder what really amazing thing is going to happen to me today!”

By setting the tone of looking for something amazing to happen, she felt she created far more amazing experiences.

Hey, listen, I get it—If you’ve been inside your four walls with your children while you’re trying to work, and having all of that going on, you’re probably thinking: “Hey, my life is not working out so great.” But maybe you just having to ask yourself: “What really amazing thing is going to happen to me today?”

The Challenge

I’ve got a challenge for you to set a habit for a full month and see what happens when you pop out of bed. Ask yourself this question: “What really amazing thing is going to happen for me today?” I can’t wait for it to happen!
